The TOTALVPS Easy Launch program has been developed for those who may be new to virtual private servers. The move from shared or traditional hosting to a VPS platform can be a big change. We recognize this and have adapted our plans and services to ensure the transition is as easy as possible.

TOTALVPS's Easy Launch program has been developed for those who are new to virtual private servers. The move from shared or reseller hosting to a VPS platform can be a big change. We recognized this and have customized our plans and services to ensure the transition is as easy as possible. Please note that the Easy Launch setup is NOT applied to either the Linux VPS or the Windows VPS plans that do not include Plesk. Windows plans without a control panel are only meant for the experienced IIS Administrator who can manually configure IIS, DNS, FTP, etc.

Initial Setup.

To make your start as simple as possible:

We fully install all OS and web panel software.
We ensure all RPM's on your server are up to date.
We configure your web panel so it is ready to use.
We will show you how to add your first domain to you VPS.
We will create the server side dns zone file(s) for customers who use us for DNS.

Initial Support

In the first few days you have your new VPS we understand you will have lots of questions, our support team is ready to answer them, no matter how basic they are.

Web Site Migration Support

Our support staff can help you develop a migration plan to minimize downtime while you move your accounts to our servers. We are highly experienced in this, so don't be afraid to ask.

Ongoing VPS Support

As grow in experience with the server there are bound to be things you want to do, such as add software or upgrade packages. We can help and will always be ready to answer any questions you have.
